Cassaundra Brown classically trained professional, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College for Culinary Arts in 2016 with an Associates degree in Baking and Patisserie. Pivoting into the culinary world, she added to her education by working for a well known prestigious catering company, exclusive women's club, private schools, and on occasion staging for various bakeries. Her journey has been filled with wonder, art, and adventure, with a passion for creating beautifully made, classic desserts. She is the author of "What If Strawberries Had no Hats", and currently paws deep, working with dogs, (Woof Woof). and loves music.

Sweetheartz:"The moniker had been given to me a long time ago by someone I generally learned from as young adult. I learned about business, I learned about life. Its always been natural for to be kind, to be good to myself and others, and its something that will naturally stick with me, because its who I am. Many have people have called me this! What Sweetheartz means to me with the concept of turning it into a brand, the mission is to have a team who is equally diverse, kind, enthusiastic about music, ( being in the kitchen, I'm always driven my music). Good people who are good to others, want to learn. Creative who are sweeties (sibling to foodies because we talk about desserts) .
What we do: Buy; Desserts are filled with fusion are representative of my ethnic background, culture, upbringing and overall experience. The gift sets are full of surprises Not only will you find classic desserts, but also customized gift sets for both pastry novices and professionals. They are arranged to be fun and include baking essentials such as cookie scoops, measuring devices, cake decorating tools, and something new.
