On a celebratory Wednesday afternoon, a gentle breeze whipped down Chestnut street under the canopy of a cool sun. We sat ourselves inside of a cozy parklet, excited to try a place we had thought about for many years. What we had yearned for did not disappoint. Starting out, fresh guacamole and homemade tortilla chips. Next, a trio of tacos, (more so a triple threat), and a modest Salmon (confidence teeming) took a seat at our table. The Seabass taco grilled to excellence, perfectly dressed in the right amount of seasonings. The shrimp were neatly tucked in a soft tortilla, a bright salsa, and drizzled with Miso dressing, while the Alaskan cod taco, tender and juicy snapped with a delicious crunch on the first bite. The black beans were fragrant and erupted in absolute sabor. The salad, a small accompaniment, stole the show, crisp and light to the palette but unforgettable. The Salmon, like a kiss from the grill, hugged by a myriad of seasonings was bountiful in flavor. The sushi rice, fragrant, coupled well with grilled brussell sprouts, delicately dressed in a sweet sauce. Need I say I will not wait this long again to go back to Pacific Catch!
